I’m Kasia Rachfall, I work as a Bioenergy and Somatic Healer and Akashic Records Intuitive and I created this space to help you break free from the blocks, doubts, and invisible lines that keep you from writing the way you want – whether you’re a new or seasoned writer.

Here, we celebrate expressive writing as a path to self-discovery, healing, and pure creative joy in expressive writing circles and creative writing circles. (And yes, even publishing if that’s what you want!)

As you engage in writing and creativity, you simultaneously heal your energetic and emotional blocks. I offer the tools, like somatic practices and energy work, to help you release old trauma, expand your creative capacity, and move forward with greater confidence and self-trust.

I help you reconnect with your intuitive wisdom, build resilience, and tap into your creativity, so that you live a more joyful and fulfilling life. You stop striving for perfection or external validation and instead learn to value and trust your own voice.

You are invited to write without the fear of judgment, critique, or the need to publish. This approach liberates your authentic voice and creates a space where the focus is on joy, self-expression, and healing. Expressive Writing is the gateway to all other writing.

Who is this group for?

For anyone who wants to explore their authentic voice through writing. Whether you’re a seasoned writer or just starting, this group is for those who seek personal growth, healing, and transformation through self-expression. If you feel called to write but are held back by self-doubt, fear, or past trauma, this community is here to support you.

No prior writing experience is necessary! Our group is designed to be inclusive and welcoming to writers of all levels. The focus is on self-expression and healing, not on perfecting your writing skills. Whether you’ve never written before or have been writing for years, you’ll find a supportive space to explore your voice..

Meetings and workshops vary but typically include a combination of writing, sharing, and somatic energy practice. We start with a grounding exercise to help everyone settle in, followed by intentional writing 5-7 minutes writing to a prompt to get our creative juices revved up. There is time for voluntary sharing, where you can read your work in a safe, non-judgmental environment. We’ll also incorporate somatic and energy healing techniques to help you process and release any emotions that come up.

Somatic and energy healing practices are integrated into our writing sessions to help you connect more deeply with your body and emotions. These practices can include breathwork, guided sensory work, and energy balancing techniques. By combining these modalities with writing, you can access deeper layers of self-awareness, release trapped emotions, and promote overall well-being. This holistic approach enhances the therapeutic benefits of writing and supports your journey of self-discovery and healing.

Sharing your writing is completely voluntary. We understand that it can be intimidating, especially at first. You are welcome to participate at your own pace and comfort level. The main goal is for you to feel safe and supported as you explore your voice. If you prefer to keep your writing private, that’s perfectly okay.

Your attendance is not mandatory at each writing session. However there is a reason why we call writing a practice. The more you show up for yourself and your writing, the easier it will flow. It is up to you how much or how little you choose to commit.

If you sign up for a series of workshops, I recommend attending each session.

Whatever you wish to write with. Paper and a pen or your laptop or tablet.

(Writing implements are not provided at free in person writing meetings.)

THIS IS NOT A THERAPY GROUP. While you are welcome to write about anything you wish, including past challenges and traumas, joys and triumphs, space will be held to celebrate your courage in expressing your voice. We will engage in simple somatic and energy practices to help your system move energies that come up as a result of what you write. However, if you require support in healing and releasing the trapped stress and traumas out of your body, nervous system and energy field, please schedule a session with Kasia HERE
